(more)On April 14 the Portland City Council accepted the report and recommendations of the Rose Quarter SAC regarding Memorial Coliseum and requested that the Portland Development Commission issue a Request for Proposals. The Council endorsement included a resolution emphasizing the use of a base case scenario as a point of comparison in evaluating MC future proposals.
Andrew Colas, Greg Phillips, and Rosemary Colliver represented the SAC recommendation to Council, with Tony Stacy, Dean Gisvold and Will Macht presenting the minority report.
