The third Rose Quarter Development Project Stakeholder Advisory Committee Meeting was held on October 13, 2009. Click above to see a video summary of this meeting.

two groups i don’t believe are represented is npgreenway and sullivans gulch trail groups. connections with the esplanade and the RQ is a missing component. both groups need to be included in the design and input part,not relegated to comment on the final plan.
