Please read the following statement of understanding before you begin the application. The following information may help you craft your application answers or direct you to other helpful resources. This list was developed based on how concept application issues have been resolved to date.

• This application is intended for submitters who have developed detailed concepts for the future renovation or adaptive reuse of the Memorial Coliseum building. If you have general comments, reflections on other concepts, or ideas for the entire Rose Quarter, please use our Web form to send us your ideas.

• You are required to provide contact information and you may be contacted by members of the project team with questions about your ideas. If you do not answer all of the questions within the application, your concept may not be advanced to the next step in this process.

• Some concept submitters will be invited to present ideas at a public event on January 26, 2010 to be held at the Memorial Coliseum.

• The Rose Quarter Development Team assumes that the information and ideas that you present in this application are your own and that you have the right to use whatever supporting materials you provide. (You may mention specific groups or users as long as you make it clear whether you are, or are not affiliated with those groups.)

• Contributors must abide by the Portland Online code of conduct and must be respectful of all participants in this process.

• Fields of the application marked with an asterisk (*) will be made public.
